Eva Lou Montgomery

On Monday, January 1, mother, sister, and friend Eva Lou Montgomery passed away at the age of 80 surrounded by loved ones in her home. Eva was born on August 10, 1937, to Alvin and Addie Wallace in Batesville, Texas. They both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Damon E. Evans and her siblings, Alvin Wallace, Jr., Wanda Holmes, Annie Carroll, and Bernice Hornsby.   Eva is survived by her partner and soulmate, Ben Cavness of Junction; sons John Evans of Junction, Paul Evans and wife Wanda of Junction; brother, Edward (Rusty) Wallace and wife Annette of Wimberley; sister, Shirley Chisum of Junction; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Memorial services for Eva will be held on Saturday, January 27th at 10:00 am in the Full Gospel Church, Junction. A luncheon celebrating her life will immediately follow.  A private family internment of cremains will be held at Junction Cemetery.
