Honore C. Byrne, 73, passed away on May 09, 2018 at her home in Kerrville. She was born on December 29, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois to Clara (Matelski) and Stanley Kuta. Honore retired from the Milwaukee Veterans Medical Center (Zablocki) after 25 years of service. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Patrick Byrne; children, Matthew Byrne and wife Leticia and Patricia Byrne; grandchildren, Ella and Nathan. Honore will be remembered as the Wind Beneath Our Wings. In lieu of flowers, donations in Honore's memory can be made to Peterson Hospice. God saw you getting tired And a cure was not to be So he put His arms around you And whispered "Come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you And saw you pass away. And though we loved you dearly We couldn't make you stay. Your golden heart stopped beating Hard working hands at rest God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
