Lillian Harkness, 88, of Kerrville passed away on November 8, 2017. She was born June 12, 1929 in El Paso, Texas to Roland Traller and Mary (Loewenstein) Parker. She was a resident of Kerrville for the past year and previously lived with her daughter and son-in-law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the prior 3 years. Prior to that she was a long-term resident of El Paso, where she was in retail clothing sales at Dillard's and Sears prior to her retirement. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Howard Allen Harkness, of El Paso. She is succeeded by her two sisters, Peggy Jim (Parker) Carlisle of El Paso, and Mary Evelyn Parker of Bolder, CO, three daughters, Carol Ann (Perkins) Holtan and husband Archie of Kerrville, Kathy (Perkins) Billingsley of Phoenix, AZ, and Francis (Betsy) Elizabeth Perkins of El Paso. Her family includes 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. While in El Paso, she was a active member of the lady Shriners. There are no services planned.
