Madge Marie Eddy

Madge Marie "MiMi" Ballif Eddy, 48, returned to her Father in Heaven on February 14, 2016. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, friend, and disciple of Jesus Christ. Born to John Paul Ballif and Donna Marie Nelson on September 9, 1967 in Boise, Idaho. She is the oldest of 8 children and 2 adopted siblings. She is preceded in death by her mother, Donna Marie Nelson Ballif. She is survived by her husband, John Alex Eddy; her daughter, Maren Marie Eddy; her father, John Paul Ballif, and siblings of MiMi and John and many nieces and nephews. MiMi is a graduate of Skyline High School ('86) in Salt Lake City and Brigham Young University ('90) with a graphic design degree. She served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints serving in the Texas, San Antonio Mission from 1991-1992. In 1993, she married John and gave birth to their daughter, Maren on May 20, 1997. They have had their home in Kerrville, Texas for many years. As an avid scrapbooker, facebooker, and family history expert, she put her heart into serving and giving to others. She loved serving the Lord in His Temple, as a piano player at Church, and as a missionary. MiMi's greatest joys in life were her family and being a mother. She had a firm testimony of Jesus Christ as the Savior of the World. Dedication of the final resting place will be private.
