Pat Powers

Pat Powers was born in Los Angeles, CA on Feb. 22, 1941. He passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, following a brief illness of ALS. He was surrounded by his devoted son, John and loving members of his family. Pat grew up in Lubbock and spent most of his adult life living and working in Houston. He moved to Kerrville in 2006, where he was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Trailblazers Walking Club. Pat will be remembered for his love of his family and friends. He is survived by his son, John Powers of Houston; sister and brother in law, Anne and Paul Bolton of Atlanta; and his sister and brother in law, Genevieve and Kevin Farrell of Burleson. Other surviving loved ones are two nieces and two nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Gentiva Hospice or the First Presbyterian Church of Kerrville.
