Phillip Bowie Obituary

Philip Eugene Bowie was born on November 09, 1951 in Washington D.C. and went to be with the Lord on September 10, 2017 in San Antonio. He resided in Laurel Maryland until he moved to Texas in 1994. He met and married Darlene Foster, they settled in Bandera. Mr. Bowie was preceded in death by both of his parents and is survived by his wife, Darlene; his sons, James P. Bowie of Jessup, Maryland, Ernest P. Bowie of Brazoria; step daughters, Tawnya Haupert and Virginia La Frieda; step son, David Jackson; sisters, Mary A. Adams of Greenbay, WI, Jean E. Montero of Newport, RI and Katherine Y. Sanders of Southern Maryland; 6 grandchildren, 10 nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to American Diabetes Association or the Bandera EMS and Air Life.
