Charlsie Kay Saul

Charlsie K. Saul, 68, went to join the Lord and the love of her life on October 25, 2018 in her son's home in Harper. She was a lifelong resident of the Hill Country, where she practiced as a nurse for 40 years and thought nothing of giving to those in need and enjoyed her work. She also loved to play cards and dominoes on Saturday evenings with her family. She enjoyed country music, sewing, and cooking. She loved to make baby blankets for her family and friends, who were expecting the arrival of a new baby and made some of the best cookies and pies. She instilled in her sons, her sense of giving and compassion for those in need. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her only regret was that her health kept her from enjoying things with her family more in the years her retirement. Charlsie is survived her loving sons, Aaron D. Saul Jr. and Nathan Lee Saul; daughter in law, Jennifer L. Saul, whom she loved dearly; grandsons, Aaron C. Saul and Colton Ryan Saul and his wife, Quincy; her great grandson, Ryan Travis Saul, all of Harper. The family would like to thank all the staff of Peterson Hospice, Peterson Palliative Care and Peterson Home Health as well as Dr. Rebecca Barrington for all the care and compassion they showed our mother in her last months.
