Elenor B. Schumacher, 85, of Kerrville passed away at her home after a short battle with pancreatic cancer on Nov. 21, 2019. Elenor was born on March 24, 1934 in Blanket, Texas to E.J. and Katie (Sanderson) Hardy. Elenor graduated Class of 1952 from Kerrville. She married the love of her life Don Schumacher on November 14, 1953 and they had one son, Jimmy. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 29th, 1962. She loved the ministry and helping others learn about Jehovah. She was instrumental in helping many come to know and serve Jehovah. She was a faithful servant and loved her God Jehovah. Elenor will be remembered as a kind, hospitable and gracious person. She was always upbeat and positive. Elenor loved to garden and was a great cook. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Don W. Schumacher and her son, Jimmy Schumacher. Elenor is survived by her daughter in law, Carla Schumacher; 2 grandsons, Cole William Schumacher and Will Garret Schumacher; one nephew, Bill Dean Hardy and wife Sherry. She is also survived by many many dear friends. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all their friends for their loving support during this difficult time.
