Maida Grace Kelley

Maida Grace Kelley, 85, went to be with the Lord on March 24, 2019 in Kerrville. She was born on Sept. 29, 1933 in Ingleside, Texas to W.A. and Mabel Mayfield. Maida graduated from Ingleside High School and worked as an office administrator and in retail. She married Gene Arnel Kelley on April 08, 1950 in Sinton and they raised three sons. Maida lived in Newton and retired to Kerrville in 2012. She was a member of the Live Oak Church of Christ, Kerrville. Maida enjoyed painting and sewing. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gene; brothers, James, Alfred and Bobby Mayfield; sister, Evelyn Pounds; and daughter in law, Connie Kelley. Maida was survived by her sons, Alan Kelley of Elton, LA, Larry Kelley and wife Pam of Ft. Worth and Gary Kelley and wife Glenda of Kerrville; brother, Raymond Mayfield of Corpus Christi; sister, June Merrill of Portland; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
