Martha Ritter Obituary

Martha Carolyn Ritter, 89, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 08, 2020 in Fredericksburg. Martha was born on Feb. 12, 1930 in Oklahoma City, OK to Allen and Georgiena Orcutt. Martha worked as a medical technologist. Martha was a member of Kerrville Bible Church. She loved teaching Sunday School, volunteering with Vacation Bible School and helping with Bible study fellowships. Martha enjoyed raising animals; horses, donkeys, chickens and dogs. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Henry W. "Tex" Ritter; brothers, John, George and Robert Orcutt. Martha is survived by her loving children, Marta Koehne, David Mathis (Charlene), Glen Mathis, Sara Mastranunzio (Harold) and Jennifer Barnett (John); grandchildren, Hailey Mathis, Evan Koehne, Meredith Morgan, Mike Mathis and Phillip Merchant; sister, Sara Saulnier (Donald).
