Mickey Don Parish

Mickey Don Parish went to be with the Lord August 18, 2017.  He was born November 26, 1935 to Clarence Henry "Bode" Parish and Myrle Dean Howard Parish in Cisco, Texas, attending college in San Angelo and high school in San Angelo and Houston.  After serving in the Army, Mickey worked for Buick motor division, Porsche Audi and later with Saturn of San Antonio. In later years, Mickey found his passion in writing, painting and photography, especially enjoying his painting time at the Dietert Center, KACC and most recently, painting in his own studio.  Mickey will be greatly missed by all.   Mickey is survived by his loving wife, Melissa Draper Parish, son, J. Scott Parish and his partner Olga Ray, daughter, Robin Michelle Parish Rathmann and her husband Tom; grandchildren Scotiana Diaz, Christian Parish and Joseph Rathmann; sister, Netta; brother, Buddy, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
