Robert R. Huerta

Robert R. Huerta, 50, went to be with the Lord on the afternoon of Sunday, March 05, 2017. Robert was born on August 05, 1966 in Comfort, Texas to Israel and Carolyn Huerta. Over the years, Robert and family lived in Bandera and Kerrville. He worked as a machinist for 25 years at Mooney Aircraft and the last 7 years at Albany Engineering in Boerne. Robert was truly a wonderful man and took great care of his family and friends. He had a giving heart towards others and would seek out others in need of help. Robert was also looking out for the underdog and made sure they knew they had a friend in him. Robert and his wife, Kathleen enjoyed their trips to the casinos in Eagle Pass and time spent together. He was preceded in death by parents, Israel and Carolyn Huerta. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen P. Huerta; children, Lendon, Charles John and Janell; grandchildren, Lane, Colby, Hunter, Avery, Kendra, Kathryna and Justin; siblings, Tommy, Cindy, Johnny, Maria, Benita Huerta and Israel Huerta Jr. Services for Robert will be held at a later date.
