Amando Rosa

Amando Rosa passed away Thursday, December 12, at the age of 93. He is now joined with his beloved wife Maria Nilda Rosa.

Amando was born on August 3, 1931, in Hebbronville, Texas, to Desidro and Luz Cedillo Rosa. He moved to Fredericksburg in the 1970’s. He enjoyed tending to his yard and his many plants.

He was preceded in death by his wife, and five siblings.

Amando is survived by his daughters and their spouses, Mona Peña (Roberto Salazar), Maria Cantu (Raymond), Emma Scripps, Luz Castro (Eduardo), Patricia Rivera (Leon), Marisa Rosa (Angel Blanco), Melissa Rosa (Nissy); 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
