Debra Joyce Parker Tyler, of Bandera, Texas beloved Mother to 2 children, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Big Spring, Texas Feb. 19, 1954, she was known for her warmth and generosity to her family.
Debbie was a devoted Grandmother to her 3 grandchildren. She would enjoy her days with bird watching. She loved trying to identify the birds that she could see and hear around her. She was also known for her love of growing plants. Debbie also showed great love and affection towards her two animals, sweet Prissy and mischievous Missy.
Debbie was preceded by her father, Prentice “Ralph” Parker; sisters Brenda Sue Cobbs, and Mary Eliabeth King.
She is survived by her mother, Alta Joyce Parker; her siblings Phyllis Kay Parker Dixon, Marilyn Francis Parker Everington, and Prentice Alan “Sonny” Parker; her children, Donald Ray Franklin and Karen Michelle Heidenreich and spouse, Justin Heidenreich; grandchildren Rebecca Danielle Clevinger, Halee Ray Harring, and Wyatt James Franklin and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to your local Animal Shelter.
Debbie had requested cremation and no services. The family requests that you don’t let yourself get so busy that you forget to spend time with your loved ones.
