Gary Don Nixon

With heavy hearts, we share the news that Gary Don Nixon has passed away with his family by his side on March 15, 2025, at the age of 60. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 40 years, Jayne; his daughters, Ashley and Allie; and son-in-law, RJ.

He was born in San Angelo, Texas; however, he always considered Kerrville, Texas, his home.

Gary will be remembered by many as a spark of life with his infectious laugh and sense of humor. He kept disco alive and thriving in his heart. He had a fondness for creating and enjoyed photography. Later in life, he discovered his love for woodworking and tinkering with his hands.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in knowing Gary lived a life full of love and laughter. He will be deeply missed, and was cherished by all who knew him. His memory will forever remain in our hearts.
