Gilbert Lee Sandoval

Gilbert Lee Sandoval, age 57, born December 14, 1967, went to be our Lord and Savior Tuesday, December 17, 2024 in Taylor County, Tx with his wife, Lex McGavock by his side. Gilbert resided in Rochester, Tx and held previous residency in Kerrville, Tx.

Gilbert is carried on in memory by his son and daughter as well as his three grandchildren and two sisters. Gilbert was preceded by his mother, Josephine D. Sandoval; father, Naaman Lee Sandoval; and Grandmother Sulema Sandoval.

Gilbert’s interest included freshwater fishing, billiards, and making his famous homemade hot sauce. Gilbert is remembered as someone who would always lend a hand to others as well as a skilled carpenter. Gilbert would like to have this end by saying, “Go Bears!”
