“Tinker” was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 22 2025. Although Tinker was born with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome, his life was filled with joy and love. Tinker shared his love and joy with everyone he met and will be deeply missed. Tinker was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan who supported his team win or lose. Tinker’s favorite musician was George Straight and he enjoyed singing along to every song.
Tinker is survived by his mother, Barbra Sales and step- father, Gene Sales, of Lakehills, Texas; He is also survived by his sisters, Carrie Lewis of Andrews and Melissa Bowman of Lakehills. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Bandera Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their friendship, love and devotion to Tinker.
