Jess William Vankirk, 65, passed way on August 25, 2021 in Kerrville, TX. He was born on April 26, 1956 in Los Angeles, CA to William and June Vankirk.

Jess grew up in Kerrville, TX and graduated from Tivy High School in 1974. He served in the Navy from 1974 to 1983.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his sister Donna and her husband Louis Portman.
