John (Jack) Gilbert Bremer, age 93, went to be with his Lord on April 29, 2026, at his residence in Kerrville, TX.
Jack was born on January 13, 1933, in San Antonio, TX, to Mary (Saunders) and John Gilbert Bremer.
After graduating from Corpus Christi High School, Jack joined the U.S. Marine Corp and served in the Korean War. Committed to a lifetime of professional law enforcement, Jack retired from the U.S. Treasury (U.S. Customs) and served the citizens of Comal County Texas as Sheriff from 1988-1996.
