LaConnie Lee Dickerson Clark, 52, gained her wings on March 26, 2022. She was born on December 02, 1969, in Kerrville to Bertha Lee Dickerson and Ernest Rodgers.
She attended Tivy High School and went on to earn an Associate Degree in Therapy Psychology. LaConnie worked for over 20 years at the VA Hospital and giving back to veterans through volunteering on the PTSD Hotline. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, Kerrville and the New Light Church, San Antonio.
LaConnie has a beautiful spirit and a smile that would brighten everyone’s day. She loved to dance and enjoyed cooking and gardening. You could even find her sewing and doing arts and crafts.
LaConnie leaves to mourn her passing, her mother, Bertha Lee Dickerson of Kerrville; husband, Efrem Clark Sr. of San Antonio; son, D’Angelo Warren; daughters, D’Andrea Fuentes (Alberto) of San Antonio, Demetris (Shelby) Fiedler of Fairbanks, AK, Destiny Williams (Tyrone) of San Antonio, and Za’Royalia Houston of Kerrville; sisters, Patricia Dickerson of Kerrville, Angela Johnson of Austin, Vanessa Williams of Kerrville, and Erica Koonce of VA; brothers, Patrick Baldwin (Angelica) of Kerrville, Marcus Johnson of Kerrville and Earlie Williams; 15 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family members.
She was preceded by father, Ernest Rodgers; grandmother, Minnie Etta Baldwin; great grandmother, Viola Boldin; and many more loved ones.
