Mae Beth (Baker) Hooter, 77, joined her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Feb. 27, 2023.
Mae Beth was born September 29, 1945 to Mabel and Wilborn "Ben" Baker of Uvalde.
Preceding her in death are: young nephew, Marcus Jenkins; her parents, Ben and Mabel Baker; her siblings, Janice Smith and Barbara Sherwin; and husband Fred Hooter.
Mae Beth is survived by her twin sons, Dale and Doyle Tress; nieces, nephews along with several great-nieces and nephews, along with many other loving family members and friends.
The Trees Twins would like to share their deep gratitude with the many family members and friends who have offered so many beautiful, kind words of prayer and encouragement. I would like to ask for continued prayers of healing for Doyle as he recovers from a serious vehicle accident, he experienced the week prior to our mother's passing.
Mae Beth had been actively involved with her church families of Canyon Lake Baptist Church and most recently Trinity Baptist Church after her relocation to Kerrville in November 2020.
