Marcella (Berry) King Duncan

On the afternoon of Jan. 06, 2022, Marcella King Duncan was called home to join her children and husband in Heaven. She was born on October 08, 1932 in Haskell to Lucille and Weldon Berry. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother taking pride in the care of her family and others. Marcella was a member of Southern Oaks Baptist Church and attended church regularly until her health started to decline. 

Marcella was preceded in death by her children, Robert "Danny" King, Teri Samples and Toni King Mackey; and grandson, Brandon Scott Samples. 

She is survived by grand-daughter Cecilia Ham King of Maylene, Alabama; and great grandson, Adam Christopher Samples and many of family members and friends.  

Family choose to have a private service at a later date. Marcella will be laid to rest with her children at Mountain View Cemetery, Kerrville.
