Marie Arvizu Obituary
On July 15, 2021, Marie Linda Tienda Arvizu, 71, surrounded by her loving family was called home to heaven.
Marie was born on Oct. 14, 1949, in Austin, Texas to the late Simon and Guadalupe Tienda.
She was a dedicated single mother and worked hard to put her kids needs above her own. She was an amazing cook and was creative when sometimes there was very little. Marie was proud of the family she built and the success of her children and grandchildren.
She enjoyed spending time in her garden, watching western movies and playing pool.
Marie leaves behind her children, Linda Limon, Timothy Limon, Damian Limon, Maria Limon, Beatrice Ortiz, Mario Molina, Oscar Limon, and Manger Moreno; sibling, Joe Tienda, and wife Mina; 27 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Marie will be loved and missed by many other family members and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her child, Carlos Limon; her siblings, Johnny, David, Harold, Edward, Bill, Sandy, Janie, and Connie.
