Lockett spent 46 years serving others by teaching and preaching the Gospel.
Luster was married to D. Lynne Lockett in 1988, where they spent 36 years together, where Luster inspired Lynne to follow the same path of service. Luster and Lynne loved woodworking, traveling to the mountains and discussing theology together, just to name a few. Luster was also passionate about learning, immersing himself in cosmology and psychology.
Luster was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kenneth Lockett; and grandson Philip Matthew “Mato” Montez.
