Sheryl Lynn Green Hill, 68, went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2024 at a Corpus Christi Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born to Walter V. Green and Erma I. Bates Green on April 30, 1955 in San Antonio.
Sheryl was an avid abstract painter and would often give her paintings to family and friends. She also spent time making crafts, as well as baking pastries and making candy. Another favorite past time was spent at the beach and fishing with her husband. She loved beautiful flowers and took pride in growing them. Sheryl would spend hours reading her favorite book, the Bible. She was willing to help others especially the elderly and children. Sheryl loved her three sons and her grandchildren and the time spent with them. She was a loving and kind hearted person and will be missed immensely.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Troy L. Green and Walter V. Green Jr.
Sheryl is survived by her husband of 39 years, Rodney W. Hill of Aransas Pass; sons, Ephraim A. Roth and wife Mona, Jacob E.V. Roth and wife Lisa, and Isaac D.D. Roth and Jenny, all of Kerrville; brothers, Joe L. Green of Harper and Jack E. P. Green and wife Linda of Ingram; sister, "Wren" Arintha I. Green of Harper; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; 4 nieces and 4 nephews; along with several great and great great nieces and nephews.
