Teresa Cortez

Teresa Cortez, 91, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025. She was born on June 10, 1934, in Mexico to the late Cenobio Cortez Arellano and Josefina Correa.

Teresa was a devoted mother, grandmother, and source of love and strength for her family. She is survived by her daughters, Angela Williams and Jessica Edwards, and by her beloved grandchildren: Carla, Melody, Josie, Jessica, Sarah, and Gonzalo.

Her life was marked by resilience, care, and dedication to her family, whose lives continue to be guided by her example.

Memorial services will be held in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, with arrangements to be announced.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. May the Lord keep her safe.
