Timothy Wayne Kennedy

Timothy Wayne Kennedy, Kerrville, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 10, 2022 at his residence after a brief but brave battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 70 years old.

The son of the late Clinton Lewis Kennedy and Mildred Claudine Passmore, he was born and raised in Alvin, Texas before joining the US Navy. However, his heart belonged in the Texas Hill Country. A place he loved so much. He could strike up a conversation with anyone, and always offered sound advice. He was a gentle soul who inherited his mother's talent for music. He loved his family above all else.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years Kym (Sheppard) Kennedy, daughter Chelsea Taylor, sons Jonathan and Adam Von Heeder, sister Judy Kennedy, and his grandchildren Kali, Zander, Elijah, Lincoln and Lexi who were the absolute joys of his life. As well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

He is predeceased by his parents and his brother, Gregory Floyd Dossey.

The family would like to thank the staff of Peterson hospice for their compassion and love they showed during this time.
